A friend of mine recommended this documentary to me based on the fact that he knows I'm obsessed with that era. I'm definitely adding it to my queue now.
Oh my goodness! You should really make an effort to see the SF Ballet during their next season. You can get a SRO ticket for $10 behind the orchestra and then take an available seat after the first intermission. BARGAIN!! They are a stellar company.
